Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management. Be ready to travel as needed. Here’s what you need: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transformational change management. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments. Minimum of 2 years of Public Service Industry experience. Bonus points if: Large scale consulting experience. You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes. You’re familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design, and Analytics. Experience with: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
