Job Description
A north Seattle law firm is searching for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to add to their busy office. This position offers a quick partnership track and does not require someone to be bringing a book of clientele.
Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and service in Estate Planning matters
• Prepare and manage Power of Attorney Forms
• Oversee Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring all processes are carried out correctly
• Offer legal expertise in Probate Law and engage in Probate Litigation when necessary
• Manage Guardianships and Guardianship - Adoption cases
• Develop and manage Revocable Trusts
• Assist in creating Special Needs Trusts
• Offer legal guidance in Real Estate Investment Trusts
• Set up and manage Charitable Remainder Trusts.
