About the Role
We’re hiring a high-performing Installation Sales Representative to handle 70+ on-site estimates per month for residential and commercial outdoor-living projects across El Paso.
This is a consultative, in-person sales role with real homeowners, real projects, and real budgets.
You will not be cold calling.
You will not be door knocking.
You will not be responsible for generating your own leads.
All leads are 100% inbound, warm, and pre-qualified , and appointments are set for you by our internal team.
Your job is to show up, consult, design, and close.
