Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead interior

design projects, from conceptual development through to execution. The ideal

candidate is a visionary with excellent design skills, strong leadership abilities, and the

capability to manage multiple high-end residential projects. You will work closely with

clients, collaborate with project teams, and ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Management:

o Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they meet client

expectations, timelines, and budgets.

o Oversee all phases of design, including concept development, space

planning, material selection, and installation.

o Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other vendors to ensure

successful project execution.

o Review construction documentation and ensure design intent is carried

through.

 Design Development:

o Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client

needs and project objectives.

o Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, color

schemes, and material selections.

o Prepare floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations with the team

o Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and products to introduce

fresh ideas and cutting-edge solutions.

 Client Engagement:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear

communication throughout the project lifecycle.

o Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to discuss design options,

progress, and feedback.

o Present design concepts and solutions to clients, effectively

communicating design rationale.

 Team Leadership & Collaboration:

o Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring design quality

and consistency across projects.

o Foster a collaborative work environment, coordinating with internal design

teams

o Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure team

productivity.

o Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure

seamless project delivery.

o Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors. Source

high-quality materials and negotiate pricing to meet project goals.

 Budgeting; Cost Management:

o Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation for

materials, furnishings, and labor.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Education:

o Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related

field.

 Experience:

o Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in interior design

o Proven experience leading projects from concept through completion.

 Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.

o Space planning

o Experience with wallpaper, tile and plumbing selections

o Experience designing kitchens and bathrooms

Work Environment; Conditions:

 Flex work from home, with scheduled team meetings, site visits and client

meetings.
