Cross Country Education is hiring three dependable and compassionate School Nurses (1:1) to support a high school student with intensive medical needs for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a critical role that directly enables student access to education.
🚌 Case Details – 1:1 Assignment:
🚗 Nurse parks at the student’s home and rides the bus to/from school daily
🦽 Student is wheelchair-bound and requires:
🕒 Schedule & Dates:
📅 Start Date: August 5, 2025
📅 End Date: May 22, 2026
📌 School Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
🕑 Note: Additional time needed for bus riding before and after school hours
💵 Pay Rates:
🧑⚕️ RN: $40-42/hour
👩⚕️ LPN: $30–$33/hour
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Valid AZ RN or LPN license (Board of Nursing)
✔️ Current AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card
✔️ CPR & First Aid certifications
✔️ Experience in school settings – preferred
✔️ Dependability is essential – punctuality is critical for student attendance
