We are actively hiring for our new (and very fast growing) department!

We are currently seeking motivated individuals for an on-site Recruiter role to help support schools nationwide. The primary responsibility would be to pair healthcare providers with our school clients nationwide.

Office Location: 501 Brooker Creek Blvd. Oldsmar, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Are You The Perfect Candidate?

• Recruiting/Sales experience is a large plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for building a strong and positive company culture
• A drive to learn, grow, and succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred

What Will You Be Doing?

• Source and recruit candidates through warm leads and cold outreach.
• Post job openings on our platforms.
• Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and social media.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
• Build and maintain relationships with education and healthcare professionals.
• Manage candidate work assignments and develop a strong talent pipeline.

Additional Details:

• This is a fully on-site position - Applicants must work from our Oldsmar or Tampa office
