We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our employees receive accurate compensation and benefits on time. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and benefits administration, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless processes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization, contributing to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
2. Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other plans, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment and updates.
3. Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and benefits with other processes.
4. Resolve payroll and benefits queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and benefits records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Prepare and submit regular payroll and benefits reports to management, providing insights and recommendations where necessary.
7. Stay abreast of changes in payroll and benefits regulations, ensuring that our organization remains compliant at all times.
8. Participate in audits and reviews related to payroll and benefits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
2. Must have experience using Intuit Quickbooks
3. Proficiency in Excel is required, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced functions.
4. Strong knowledge WA prevailing wage and Certified Payroll
5. Experience with onboarding payroll/HRIS software such as Paycom, Paylocity, or similar
