You need to come up with a strategy to deliver an effective search campaign

• Manage campaign creation, rollout, management, and reporting
• Report to SEM Manager and work closely with teammates
• Create reports with analysis and insights, and communicate with client
• Research keywords & create compelling ad copy
• Analyze Reports on ad campaign performance and ROI effectiveness
• Make recommendations for improvements to the campaign
• Manage Marketing/Ad Budgets determine allocations for each Engine/Campaign
• Communicate directly with vendors

Main Competencies:

• With at least 1-year Search Engine Marketing experience in similar or related positions; (Could be no experience for part-time position)
• Good communications in English and Chinese (MUST);
• With a passion for Online Marketing Activities, and keen to pursue better results.
• Strong numerical sense, and ability to derive insights and learning from data and results;
• Thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized; and
• Ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
