What You’ll Do:
As a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN) , you’ll provide specialized care for patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and a high standard of patient education and support. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering hands-on peritoneal dialysis treatments and patient assessments.
Educating patients and caregivers on PD techniques and home therapy procedures.
Monitoring and responding to patient needs and treatment plans.
Collaborating with nephrologists, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in the state of Illinois.
Minimum 6 months of experience in peritoneal dialysis.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and patient education abilities.
Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
