Description Opus 1 Music Studio is a highly reputable music school in Palo Alto and Mountain View, with a large student base and a team of dedicated teachers. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as an Administrative Manager. If you have a knack for solving puzzles and a talent for seeing the bigger picture, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, SMS, email, in person). Manage complex scheduling for multiple rooms, locations, teachers, and students. Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, converting trial students into long-term members. Support membership retention and growth initiatives. Assist customers with lesson cancellations and rescheduling while enforcing school policies. Collaborate on the planning and execution of recitals and events. Handle other projects and duties as assigned. Required: Quick learner with new software platforms. Availability for onsite work on weekdays (1pm-9pm) and weekends (8:45am-4:45pm). Strong customer service and sales skills. Familiarity with online scheduling tools and office software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Excellent communication skills in English. Bonus: Background in music programs or education. Experience in early childhood education. Sales experience and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in foreign languages such as Chinese, Korean, or French. Schedule: Combination of weekday and weekend shifts as mentioned above. Work Location: Multiple locations, onsite work required.
