A growing mortgage company is seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) to support expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for self-driven producers who are ready to leverage an established platform while growing their book of business across additional territories.

The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans while developing referral relationships and expanding the company's presence in new geographic markets. This role requires a proven track record in loan origination, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to independently manage the full loan process from application through closing.

Responsibilities:

• Originate residential mortgage loans by developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and clients.
• Expand business into new geographic markets while representing the company's lending platform and products.
• Guide borrowers through the loan process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience from application to closing.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company mortgage lending regulations.

Skills:

• Strong sales, relationship-building, and business development skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan programs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance and documentation.

Requirements:

• Active NMLS license and current state licensing (additional state licenses a plus).
• Minimum 2-3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Proven track record of loan origination and pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal operations teams.
