Overview:

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join a forward-thinking digital transformation team within a global manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI/ML across a variety of domains, including manufacturing, IoT devices, and customer engagement platforms.
• Build scalable machine learning models tailored to solve specific business challenges.
• Work with complex datasets to extract insights and inform model development.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure cloud tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions into real-world business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Stay informed of emerging trends in AI/ML and recommend technologies that support innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide hands-on technical guidance across projects.
• Build and present proof-of-concept models to demonstrate feasibility and value.
• Ensure that AI/ML solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with hands-on experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of Azure services including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Data Factory.
• Experience deploying and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices for managing model lifecycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute complex projects independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience applying AI/ML within manufacturing, IoT, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data pipeline architectures.
• Experience with edge computing and integrating AI into IoT devices.
