We are currently seeking both a  part time and full time LPN, for our state of the art facility in  Sheboygan, WI . This is a rare opportunity and comes with some truly amazing  benefits, starting DAY 1!Tired of stressful acute care nursing? Our facility may be for you! 

Center Hours:
Monday: 10am-7:30pm
Tues-Thurs: 6am-7:00pm
Fri: 6am-7:00pm
Sat: 7am-5pm
Sun: 8am-3pm

Requirements:

• Must have an active LPN license.

Duties:

• Ensure accuracy of intake forms
• Vitals
• Greeting patients
• Explain after care instructions.
• Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients
