Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator located in Philadelphia, PA. In addition to Estimating, project management duties will be expected The responsibilities include preparing accurate construction estimates, evaluating project requirements, and developing comprehensive budgets. The role also involves analyzing roof designs and collaborating with team members to ensure cost-effective solutions. The Estimator will work closely with Owner, clients and internal teams to manage bidding processes and assist with project management tasks to ensure project success.
