If you are organized, motivated, and passionate about food, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Partner with the Executive Chef to manage daily food service operations. Ensure meals are prepared on time and up to quality standards. Monitor inventory and place orders as needed. Support, train, and mentor kitchen staff. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols. Step in and oversee kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is away. Schedule This position follows a rotational hitch schedule: 5 weeks on, 10 days off. Flexibility to work this schedule is required. What We’re Looking For Strong culinary knowledge, including food preparation and safety standards. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to manage operations with minimal supervision. Safe Serve certification required. Experience with Rational equipment and basic computer skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot or cold environments (kitchen and freezer conditions). Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
