The Company is seeking an Executive Advisory Board Member who is poised to become the future CEO of its AI division. This pivotal leadership role is focused on spearheading the strategic vision, and revenue, and operational execution to drive significant growth in business and sales, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CEO of an AI technology company or in a senior executive role within a relevant industry, with a strong background in local and global private sector business development. Key responsibilities include establishing a robust management infrastructure, supporting the Corporate CEO in financing initiatives, and positioning the division as a leader in AI-based technology across various industries. Applicants for this role must be strategic thinkers with a record of executing growth strategies, particularly in the security technology sector. The position requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and the candidate should have extensive experience working with enterprise customers, a strong background in SaaS, and a demonstrated ability in financing and growing a hybrid capital equipment and software company. Fundraising experience is a must, and the successful candidate will be expected to have recent experience in a high-growth technology startup with a successful exit.
