Salary: $89,000 - 93,000 per year Requirements:

• I have at least 5 years of enterprise Citrix administration expertise.
• I am Citrix certified or possess equivalent hands-on knowledge.
• I have a proven track record with large-scale virtualization, including clustering, high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing.
• I possess in-depth understanding of XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
• I have experience with various hypervisors, including Xen, KVM, and Nutanix AHV.
• I am skilled in designing and managing persistent and non-persistent virtual desktops.
• I am familiar with hybrid cloud and multi-datacenter configurations.
• I have a strong scripting focus, particularly in PowerShell and Python.
• I possess good knowledge of networking, including DNS, Active Directory, load balancing, and caching.
• I have familiarity with application virtualization technologies like MSIX, App-V, and App Attach.
• I am a clear communicator and adaptable to change, with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• As a Citrix systems engineer, I provide Citrix and virtualization expertise during project lifecycles, which includes documenting and implementing solutions.
• I serve as a subject matter expert across Citrix, Windows, and Cloud technologies, collaborating with both internal and external teams to create secure and scalable environments.
• I contribute to strategic infrastructure planning and recommend process improvements.
• I deliver Level 3 support, focusing on automation, infrastructure as code, deployment, orchestration, and monitoring.
• I maintain infrastructure documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity.
• I participate in sprint planning and leverage my deep domain expertise to resolve technical blockers.
• I manage the creation, patching, and optimization of golden images for virtual desktops.
• I advise both technical and non-technical teams on best practices in end-user computing (EUC) and automation.
• I lead root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions for infrastructure challenges.
• I enhance infrastructure security through regular patching and vulnerability remediation.
