As Campground Manager, you'll oversee reservations, guest services,and day-to-day operations for our 135-site RV parkrequiring strong operations and supervisory experience. What you'll do every day to create great guest experiences: Keep our campers smiling by managing reservations, check-ins, and guest needs with a friendly, hands-on approach. Be the go-to person for customer support, resolving conflicts calmly and assisting with after-hours arrivals. Lead and coordinate campground staff, from work-campers to full-time assistants, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain the park's beauty and safety, from trash collection and landscaping to supporting emergency response efforts. Our Minimum Required Experience, Education, or Training for this Role: High School graduate or GED equivalent anda valid driver's license. At least five (5) years of experience in operations or hotel/resort management & aminimum of two (2) years of experience in a manager or supervisor position. Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or closely related field is preferred. CPR, First Aid, and AED Certificates are preferred for this position. Must be willing to work evening and overnight shift during emergency situations to ensure guest safety. Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.
