Job Description Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Location: Naperville, IL Company: Clarifi Staffing Solutions Job Description: Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Naperville, IL. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement and monitor BIPs to ensure effectiveness and modify as necessary
- Provide direct behavior-analytic services to clients
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, and other service providers
- Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and program effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to client case discussions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Requirements - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State licensure (if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
