Service Warranty Administrator Compensation

• Earning Potential: $35,000–$45,000/year (based on experience & performance)
• Monthly bonuses based on performance
• No weekends

As a Service Warranty Administrator, you will:

• Prepare, submit, and track warranty repair orders and claims in line with dealership and manufacturer policies
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of claims so the Service Department and Collision Center receive proper reimbursement
• Process Extended Warranty claims
• Follow up and collect Service and Parts Accounts Receivables
• Assist in daily Service Department operations

Service Warranty Administrator Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator preferred
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and listening skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong organizational and sequencing skills
• Working knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and procedures
