Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the luxury apartment community
• Manage leasing activities including showings, applications, and lease signings
• Deliver top-notch resident relations and customer service
• Handle rent collections , delinquencies, and coordinate with maintenance
• Maintain accurate records using RealPage property management software
• Market available units and contribute to occupancy goals
• Ensure compliance with all fair housing regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in property management or leasing (luxury property experience preferred)
• Proficiency in RealPage is required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule
• Immediate availability
