We are actively seeking Advertising Media Specialists to join our team, where you can showcase your talents and embark on a journey of professional growth with us!

We're expanding our teams and are in search of individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for print and digital advertising. We have immediate openings.

The training for this role will be held in our Williamsville, NY office for 60-90 days, followed by a hybrid work schedule with both remote and in-office scheduled days. The time spent in office gives our team members a good foundation and opportunity for collaboration. We've found great success in supporting our teams through the hybrid model! The pay range for this opportunity is $15.25 - $16.00 per hour, plus monthly incentives, based on quality and productivity, increasing compensation opportunities for you.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails, processing advertising orders, formatting, proofreading, and processing legal and obituary notices, providing product information, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns. We are looking for someone patient, empathetic, and communicative. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we look forward to reviewing your resume.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling and processing incoming calls and emails.
• Assist with processing advertising and notices.
• Proofread all work and reply to customers in a timely fashion.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Adhere to various guidelines and workflow processes.
• Provide a great customer experience by addressing all the customer's needs in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) on all things print and digital.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous customer support experience or experience as a customer care/customer service representative.
• Ability to meet and exceed productivity requirements and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer care/customer service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
