BMW / JLR of Tallahassee is hiring an experienced Warranty Administrator for its busy service department!
This position is responsible for preparing, recording and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciling them accordingly. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
The position reports to the Service Manager and informs them of all areas of non-compliance and status on warranty claims. Maintains 100% compliance with warranty policy and procedures in all areas of influence.
