Kismet Client, BABCOR Packaging, is looking to hire a Warehouse Worker. This position is primarily responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor at residential or commercial building sites and delivering product to regional clientele. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities: - Makes local deliveries in a company delivery van.
- Documents deliveries with customer signatures.
- Pulls product from inventory and fulfills orders.
- Loads various items onto pallets and transfers to Shipping.
- Prepares packages for shipping.
- Operates pallet jacks.
- Cleans and organizes warehouse.
- Assists other workers.
- Operate delivery van in a safe and efficient manner to make product deliveries to a regional clientele.
- Handles deliveries and pick-ups.
- Obtains receipts for items delivered.
- Maintains logs or records of deliveries.
- Receives incoming freight deliveries, and records the counts and condition of the shipment.
- Perform machine and building maintenance as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

401k Plan
- After one full year of employment, the employee will be eligible to participate in the company 401k plan. The employee can opt to contribute to the plan at their discretion. The company will contribute 3% of the employee’s wages to the 401k plan for all eligible employees.
Employee Insurance Coverage
- The individual employee will have the option to participate in the company medical health plan after 90 days of employment.
- The company will pay for two thirds of the medical insurance premium for the individual employee. The employee will be responsible for the remaining one third. The company will also pay all medical insurance deductibles for the participating employee.
- The company will pay in full for a life insurance policy and long term disability for any employee participating in the health insurance plan.
- Additional life insurance coverage, vision and dental insurance will be offered at discounted rates to all eligible employees.
Employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) as follows :
- PTO is calculated on base salary only.
- PTO which is not used will not be carried over to a subsequent year, and the Employee is not entitled to any cash payment in lieu thereof.
- The Employee is entitled to personal time off (PTO) in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time.
- Accruals are recorded on January 1 of each year following the hiring date
- Year 1: 40 hours PTO
- Year 2: 80 hours PTO
- Year 5: 100 hours PTO
- Year 10: 120 hours PTO
The Employee will be paid (calculated on base salary) for the following holidays:
- New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day
