About the Role

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and coordinating logistics to support smooth inbound and outbound processes. This role plays a key part in optimizing warehouse efficiency, managing tangible and intangible assets, and ensuring compliance in import/export documentation and customs procedures. The Specialist will work closely with sales, service, and logistics partners to align shipment schedules, maintain precise stock records, and generate reports through ERP systems. Success in this role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in ERP and international supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, and outbound processes
  • Manage inventory accuracy and maintain precise stock movement records
  • Handle product BOMs and item serial number management
  • Coordinate shipment schedules with sales and service teams
  • Manage tangible and intangible assets, including rental equipment and consignment stock
  • Prepare and review import documentation (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, SLI, etc.)
  • Coordinate transportation schedules with freight forwarders and customs broker
  • Optimize warehouse space and efficiency through safety stock management
  • Generate reports and manage operations using ERP system

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in warehouse and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Experience managing export/import operations , including international shipping and customs clearance, in collaboration with overseas suppliers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Review HS Codes and manage customs duties and VAT-related matters
  • Experience in Purchasing
  • Experience managing tangible assets (e.g., rental equipment) and overseeing rental operations.
