• Oversee warehouse operations ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant handling, storage, and distribution of raw and processed products. 
\n
• Enforce OSHA and Company safety protocols ensuring proper use of PPE and safe handling of products.
\n
• Enforce compliance with USDA and HACCP regulations, maintaining proper cold chain storage for frozen and refrigerated product.
\n
• Oversee Warehouse and Inventory Control teams.
\n
• Facilitate all employee related discussions including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and succession planning.
\n
• Document, implement and monitor procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize product loss.
\n
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and compliance audits; utilize Canopy system for reporting.
\n
• Monitor warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to meet budgetary targets.
\n

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
\n
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in food processing or perishable goods.
\n
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (USDA, HACCP).
\n
• Leadership and team management skills.
\n
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment.
