Job Title: Warehouse Attendant

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: 5&2, 40 hours a week

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive material from vendors, load and unload merchandise from trucks and other vehicles
• Operate forklift and other powered equipment to move items among locations in the warehouse, ensure items are stored in the appropriate areas.
• Complete JSA for general forklift use and specific job loadouts, follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Package merchandise for shipment, coordinate transportation for delivery, and oversee loadout of supplies being shipped out.
• Maintain records of shipments and inventory, perform daily inventory checks

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work safely
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus
