Job Description: Warehouse Associate

Department: Warehouse | Reports To: Operations Manager | Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to help with inventory management, order fulfillment, and supporting production. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, package, and label orders.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in organizing the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in the shipping area and monitor product quality.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe.

What We’re Looking For:

• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (training provided).
• Forklift experience is a plus.

• 8-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
