Go to: 12501 Pauls Valley Rd, Building F, Austin, TX 78737. This is near Dripping Springs. Go to the door that states EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE. Ring the bell and let them know you are there for an interview.

Bring your resume either on paper or on your phone so your interviewer can see it.

Hours of the job are 8-5 Monday-Friday with overtime available. Pay is $18-$20 per hour with career and compensation progression outlined.

The Opportunity:

We have a vision to be the Amazon of chemicals and seek top talent to participate in our continued growth. Our Warehouse Associate team is an integral part of reaching our growth goals.

We buy chemicals in bulk and put them into smaller containers for our customers. The Warehouse Associate pack, weigh, and label items for shipment and storage. This is a closely knit team who really enjoy working with each other. Although the work is fast-paced, safety and accuracy come before speed.

If you are an organized, efficient team player who is willing to learn and work hard in a fast paced environment; this position can be the growth opportunity of a lifetime!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Pack, weigh and label completed items for shipment or storage
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging
• Follow all company packaging instructions for safety and product integrity
• Identify and dispose of defective items before they are shipped to customers

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Clean, prep, and inventory supplies for packaging
• Ability and willingness to comply and ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and environmental requirements
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Must be clean shaven and be able to properly use a respirator
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Willing and able to learn how to package Hazmat materials

Nice to have, but not required:

• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior chemical handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently
• Frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, crouching
• Must be able to adhere to long periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds to equipment safely.
• Must be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools
