C2's client, a creative agency that helps companies develop organizational communication frameworks and strategies that define brands, build reputations and inspire business results, is searching for a freelance Videographer based in Green Bay, WI for occasional, project-based support. This is a very part-time opportunity with no guaranteed hours, perfect for someone who enjoys flexible work and wants to stay behind the lens without the full-time grind.

When projects arise—whether it’s an event, promotional shoot, or brand content capture—the client will reach out to see if you're available. It’s all about matching the right talent with the right moment.

Start Date: As projects arise

Duration: Freelance / Part-Time / As-Needed

Location: Green Bay, WI (On-site required)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

What You’ll Do:

• Capture high-quality video footage on location in the Green Bay area
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Collaborate with creative teams or clients to understand shoot goals
• Deliver raw footage or complete light editing, depending on project scope
• Ensure all footage is clear, well-composed, and professionally captured

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio or sample work encouraged)
• Your own professional-grade camera, audio, and lighting gear
• Ability to work independently on location
• Excellent communication and time management

Bonus If You Have:

• Basic editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Experience shooting both staged and candid/event footage
• A creative eye and solid understanding of storytelling through video
