Phoenix Dispatch Solutions is seeking experienced owner-operators with their own equipment and authority. We provide premium dispatch and complete business management services to help you maximize earnings while minimizing stress.

CURRENTLY SEEKING:

• 1 Reefer Driver (temperature-controlled freight)
• 1 Dry Van Driver (general freight)
• 1 Flatbed Driver (construction/equipment hauling)

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be OWNER-OPERATOR with your own truck/trailer. Must have (or be obtaining) your own MC Authority. Valid CDL with clean driving record. Minimum 2 years OTR experience. Professional attitude and reliable communication. Current commercial insurance a MUST.

OUR DISPATCH FEE STRUCTURE:

• Option A: $300-$500 per week flat rate (based on service level)
• Option B: 8% of gross load revenue
• Option C: Custom package based on your needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid CDL (Class A)
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Must own and operate your own truck
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean driving record preferred

NOT A FIT IF:

• You're a company driver (not owner-operator)
• You don't have equipment or authority
• You're looking for driving jobs
• You have equipment but want to lease/rent it out
• You're brand new to trucking with no experience
