As a Travel Specialist, you will support clients with trip planning, research, and booking coordination while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and expectations
Design customized travel itineraries and vacation packages
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities
Coordinate reservations and manage booking details
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel
Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
