Hourly rate may change based on shift length.\n\n~$1246.00 in non-taxable stipend*\n*Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments\n\n1. General job duties. Types of procedures required.\nResponsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring patient drug therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. This responsibility includes activities inclusive of, but not limited to, medication order/prescription dispensing, compounding, monitoring of patient medication therapies, counseling patients, documenting interventions, providing drug information and supervising support personnel.\n\n2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)\nMediTech Expanse; CII Safe; Pyxis\n\n3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.\nMinimum of 1 year experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist\n\n\n4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)\nActive license and in good standing as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona\n\n5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)\nEmployee will work varied shifts; will NOT be working alone; No “call”; will be required to work every other weekend\n\n6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)\nNo Floating to other departments\n\n7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.\n235 licensed beds (average census 120)\n\n8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)\n\nNot applicable\n\n9. Dress Code:\nBusiness casual\n\n10.
