Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Corrections
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team in Palestine, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a corrections environment during the night shift.Schedule:
36/48 hour week rotation
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures
• Responding to and reporting changes in patient's condition
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Documenting all nursing care, change in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures and referrals on patient record to meet standards
• Participating in patient and family teaching as necessary
