\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation
\n• Patient ratio of 1:6
\n• 4 weekend shifts required per 4 weeks
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units
\n• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
\n• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
\n• BLS certification required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Block schedule accommodations require manager approval and depend on unit needs
\n• Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks for guaranteed hours
\n• Scrub requirements: All RNs wear solid royal blue or white top with royal blue bottoms
\n• EPIC charting system used
\n• Required skills include isolation precautions, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, peripheral line care, IV management, and use of rapid response/code teams
\n• During hurricane season (June-November), all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams
\n• 4 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start

\nThis healthcare organization operates a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet Hospital with 820 total staffed beds. The facility features 21-bed general medical/surgical units specializing in digestive disease care for patients with complex GI diagnoses and nursing care requirements, including bariatric and autologous islet cell programs. The units serve patients 17 years and older, with potential for adolescent patients in specialized programs. The facility utilizes a modified modular nursing model to enhance teamwork and delivers complex nursing care through multiple medical services including luminal, hepatology, and GI surgery services.
