Tax Relief Sales Consultant

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (In-Office Position)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Relief Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their tax challenges and present tailored solutions through our tax relief programs. Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess clients’ tax situations and explain the benefits of tax relief services.
• Sales Process: Use a consultative approach to qualify leads, present solutions, and close sales.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Documentation: Accurately record client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with tax professionals and team members to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Tax Relief Sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with customized CRM systems (Logics preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in sales or tax-related fields are a plus).
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
