Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work in a hybrid role for our client in Gilbert, AZ. Interested?

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Support the business and functional areas in talent acquisition, attending townhall and business update meetings.
• Identify and collaborate with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations.
• Plan and coordinate on-site hiring events, represent the client at local job fairs, and participate in industry networking events.
• Proactively source candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to qualify candidates and present them to hiring teams.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
• Create and post attractive job advertisements.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $33.65 - $50.48/hr

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st shift)

Length: Temporary (5 months)

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in full cycle recruiting, including managing a high-volume requisition load
• Minimum of 5 years' experience recruiting and hiring in a manufacturing environment
