  • Candid, Supportive Culture . We communicate openly, challenge ideas-not people-and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:

  • Participate in the development and manage the day-to-day aspects of the NAVEX's ESG initiatives, including data collection, analysis and reporting to support the company's GHG reduction targets
  • Stay current on evolving international ESG and sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices and advise the company accordingly
  • Support internal teams in responding to customer inquiries and RFPs regarding NAVEX's ESG and sustainability practices and industry trends and best practices
  • Develop, maintain, execute, and track multiple project plans involving inter-departmental stakeholders
  • Contribute to NAVEX's position as a thought leader specifically on matters relating to ESG and sustainability

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference for an undergraduate or graduate degree in sustainability, environmental studies or other relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability role
  • Familiarity with industry-accepted ESG reporting standards and validation frameworks, including CDP, SBTi, UNGC, and SASB
  • Experience collecting relevant ESG and sustainability data from multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Dedication to producing exceptional work product and a good measure of pride in doing so
  • Clear and collaborative communication style
  • A passion for making the world a better place
  • Resourcefulness, creative thinking, and perspective
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies while leveraging NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:

  • We'll be clear, we'll move fast, and we'll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make-and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
  • The starting pay for this role is $80,000+ per annum. Discover how you can grow, lead, and make an impact by visiting our career page to learn more.
