What You Bring to the Role:

• Coaching & Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership—either independently or within a reputable organization.
• Digital & Social Media Savvy: Comfort with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to connect with and inspire clients.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage, motivate, and build relationships via phone, Zoom, and digital tools.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others achieve success.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach individuals on personal development, mindset shifts, and goal achievement.
• Develop and implement strategies to help clients unlock their potential and maximize success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and accountability.
