What you will be doing

• Conducting engaging workshops focused on essential life skills like public speaking, resilience, and teamwork
• Inspiring students to reach their academic potential through individualized coaching and motivation
• Creating meaningful connections with students to cultivate a passion for learning and self-improvement
• Utilizing data and feedback from students to customize support and recognize achievements
• Promoting peer mentorship and collaborative skill-sharing among students

What you will NOT be doing

• Teaching conventional academic lessons or evaluating assignments
• Developing lesson plans or adhering to outdated educational practices
• Forcing students through inflexible, standardized curriculums

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Commitment to working on-site at our Bastrop, TX campus
• Background in coaching or motivating youth (e.g., sports coach, camp counselor, mentor)
• Proven record of high achievement in academics, sports, or professional settings
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
