Position:  Warehouse Associate

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $17 to $19/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:

• Experience with using tech devices (e.g., tablets and scanners) to manage inventory and warehouse operations.
• Experience operating a forklift and holding a professional forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.

Type:  Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm

Greene Resources  is seeking a  Warehouse Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Organize stock and merchandise by unloading products into designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records of products moved and stored in A-frame locations.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing invoices to orders.
• Monitor inventory for any missing, lost, or damaged items and report issues to management.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and tools to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Move products for management, customer specialists, and customers as needed.
• Retrieve items from the warehouse for loading and shipment, using a forklift.
• Other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Position Requirements:

• High-level customer service mentality to ensure positive interactions with customers.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Regularly lift and/or push objects up to 70 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or push objects up to 100 lbs.
• Work with heavy machinery or equipment (daily).
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing heights up to 10 feet.
