What you will do You will report to the Manager, Professional Services. Being an important member of the Pre and Post Sales teams including Professional Services, Sales, Support, and Customer Success you will deliver successful technical integrations of our products at leading Fortune 500 companies. You will manage and operate a Kubernetes cluster, hosting a Sysdig backend. You will promote Sysdig technology amongst the world-wide open source and the DevOps community. Working off/on site with strategic customers, you will provide solutions architecture consulting, technical guidance, knowledge transfer and will establish trusted advisor status. You will help execute best practices and implementation guides. You will train and support other team members and indirect channel partners. What you will bring with you Five years experience as a Professional Services / DevOps Engineer in a similar or related field (container management, cloud management, systems management, PaaS). Knowledge of cloud infrastructures as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud and container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift. Proficient in using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to automate the setup and maintenance of cloud environments. What we look for Ability to travel approx 40% of your time (national and international). Previous startup experience. Able to manage multiple deployments simultaneously. Why work at Sysdig? Development opportunities. The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and 179,300.USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education. We would love for you to join us!
