Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Line Manager to join ANTA at our Santa Monica, CA location. In this pivotal role, you will lead crossfunctional teamsincluding Design, Development, Merchandising, and Marketingthroughout the entire product creation process, from initial concept to final product approval.

You will shape the strategic direction of our global basketball footwear & apparel category by identifying market opportunities, developing consumercentric product strategies, and driving the creation of innovative products that elevate ANTAs global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the endtoend product creation process, ensuring all milestones are met on time and on budget.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Development, and Merchandising teams to deliver innovative and consumerdriven product assortments.
• Develop seasonal and longterm product strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product briefs.
• Monitor competitive landscape, pricing, and product performance to inform decisionmaking.
• Drive clear communication and accountability across crossfunctional teams.
• Lead key product reviews, ensuring alignment on product direction, pricing, and gotomarket strategy.
• Foster a collaborative, highperformance culture within the product creation process.

Qualifications

• 710 years of related experience in product line management, product merchandising, or product development, ideally in basketball or performance footwear.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the global basketball footwear market and consumer landscape.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable product briefs and business strategies.
• Strong track record of influencing crossregion and crossfunctional stakeholders and driving alignment in a matrixed organization.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Highly organized, detailoriented, and adaptable in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports, innovation, and delivering meaningful consumer experiences.
