Role Summary: The Senior Manager, Pre-Owned Operations will lead Rivians pre-owned vehicle operations, overseeing the inspection, certification, refurbishment, and resale of pre-owned Rivian vehicles. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of automotive operations, including extensive experience in inventory management and refurbishment processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an OEM environment and expertise in electric vehicles, combined with exceptional executive-level communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and profitability of Rivians pre-owned vehicle operations. Oversee the daily operations related to inventory management, vehicle refurbishment, and certification processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, setting clear performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Identify opportunities for process improvements in pre-owned operations, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and boost operational performance. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high standards of vehicle quality and addressing any issues or concerns related to pre-owned vehicle sales and service. Collaborate with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure cohesive operations and effective communication across the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and produce comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. Ensure that all operations comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and Rivians internal policies. Qualifications:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience working in an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) environment. 5-10 years of extensive experience in automotive operations, with a strong background in inventory management, refurbishment operations, and a deep understanding of electric vehicles. Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at an executive level, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Relevant automotive industry certifications (e.g., Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)) are advantageous is preferred. Familiarity with advanced automotive technologies and digital tools related to vehicle management and sales is preferred Proven leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills. Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Effective cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Pay Disclosure: Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants : $129,200-161,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law) Benefits Summary:
