Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager FEMA in our Government Services practice. The role involves leading large-scale disaster recovery programs, with a focus on FEMA Public Assistance, and experience with Individual Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program is a plus. Responsibilities include business development, team leadership, and project management.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring work from our local office or client site up to 2+ days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex disaster recovery programs, including FEMA Public Assistance and related funds
• Assess client needs, develop project approaches, and ensure quality deliverables
• Drive business growth through client engagement and proposal development
• Manage project teams and ensure compliance with regulations
• Engage in business development activities and develop client relationships
• Supervise staff performance and provide mentorship

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• 10+ years in disaster recovery/emergency management
• 5+ years in management roles
• Knowledge of FEMA programs and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree
• Additional certifications (CEM, PgMP, PMP, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and travel as needed

Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000, depending on location and experience.
