Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) participant
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct speech and language services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluation and progress discussions
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology
