Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support speech therapy services in a school setting in Cheyenne, WY. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to assist students in improving their communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing therapy plans designed by the Speech Language Pathologist
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student needs
• Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• State certification as an SLPA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in a school setting preferred
