About the Role:
As a Senior Professional Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in harnessing technology to support clients in improving the health and well-being of their communities. Your work will involve finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare's biggest challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and Support: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to define key business metrics and gather requirements for insights across the business.
Data Pipeline Assistance: Help design and build data pipelines and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs. Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing data infrastructure as business requirements evolve.
Documentation and Feedback: Create and maintain clear documentation to educate users. Gather feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing data solutions.
Streamlining Data Processes: Identify ways to streamline and improve data processes. Optimize SQL queries and data workflows to improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and gaps and align on solutions.
Project Support: Assist with end-to-end project execution, anticipate potential challenges, and provide thought partnership to your team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least five years in Data Analytics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI), and data scripting languages.
Data Analysis: Expertise in querying and analyzing data using SQL or similar platforms. Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a curiosity to understand and explain data-driven insights.
What to Expect:
Remote Work: This position is fully remote, based in the United States.
