Job Description

Seer are currently partnered with an AI-Drug Discovery Start-Up building a new ML team in Boston, MA.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience in Machine Learning.
• Extensive experience in Deep Learning techniques :: Deep Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, Deep Reinforcement Learning).
• Programming experience in Python or other backend languages.
• Experience in building Generative Models & Scaling them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute machine learning training and inference tasks at scale, utilizing thousands of GPUs in parallel.
• Develop robust ML tools and libraries to support a flexible, efficient, and highly scalable platform.
• Implement rigorous validation pipelines and benchmarking processes to ensure the quality and performance of ML models.
