Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and make a real impact in the field of Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management. In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing complex datasets, generating meaningful insights, and helping us drive strategic business decisions to enhance patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Dive into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly visualize key performance metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the Business Intelligence Manager and senior leaders to craft and execute data-driven strategies. Present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Seek opportunities for automation and optimization, particularly within the Domo platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions. Communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Data Governance: Establish best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Maintain thorough documentation for all data processes and reports.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Look for ways to innovate and improve within the data analytics team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience with the Domo platform, including dashboard creation and data flow management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of software security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and their application in software systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
